Prenatal massage is safe?
If you are in such situations , prenatal massage should be avoided:
· You have a blood clot or bone facture
· You skin condition can be aggravated by rubbing.
· You are sensitive to massage oil
Can I have deep tissue massage ?
Yes of course.
